Monday Must Haves – Glycelene Beauty Ointment

This ointment is a LIFE SAVER! It’s amazing for dry skin, to apply after micro-dermabrasion, after treading, and basically any other time your face is irritated. It’s super soothing. I actually bought it at Naimie’s after speaking to one of the sales girls (who is a licensed esthetician). I was telling her how my whole face was struggling from having the flu twice in one season and my nose was completely raw from tissues. She recommended this product to me and I decided to give it a try. It completely saved my nose. It healed really well without any scabbing or discoloration. I also use this at night when I’m feeling extra dry (which has pretty much been this whole winter), and I’ve been rubbing the excess on my hands (once I’m done applying it to my face). My hands have never felt so soft, and my cuticles have never looked better.

Glycelene is an 100% organic and vegan brand. They only use the highest quality natural ingredients so you don’t have to worry about all those excess chemicals going into your skin. The beauty ointment is a certified organic vegetable glycerin based product. It definitely is on the pricier side ($75 for 1.7oz), BUT a little goes a long way. I’ve been applying this liberally every night since the end of Nov/early Dec (I think), and I have barely made a dent. If you’re concerned about spending that kind of money on a product that you’re not sure of, they do have a .5oz container for $25. The product (both full and mini) is available on the Glycelene website or at Naimie’s.

*This post was not sponsored by Naimie’s or Glycelene. It is 100% my opinion and I paid for the products myself.
