Amazon had a recent Ebates special on beauty products and I jump on the chance to try out some beauty products that I’ve been curious about. (BTW if you haven’t signed up for Ebates, you should. You get cash back on purchases made through the site. Check it out here, because who doesn’t like saving a little money.) Anyway, I saw a limited edition Amazon exclusive Lorac palette and decided to purchase it. I also grabbed a Jouer tint, because I’ve been wanting to try the brand.

Here’s a swatch of the Jouer Tint in Honeysuckle. It can be used as a cream blush or as a lip tint, but I’ve been using it as a blush. It is SOOOO creamy, that I love the texture. The color is really pretty too, but it is a little on the sheer side and my face is a LITTLE tanner than the underside of my arm so the color disappears into a little more. I think if I had gotten a darker color it would have worked a little better, but I still really like it. It gives me a really natural pretty dewy flush on the cheeks. Here’s the swatches for the Lorac Limited Edition Pink Champagne Eye Shadow/Cheek Palette (Amazon exclusive). I really like these color. They are so warm and neutral. I’ve always loved the quality of Lorac shadows and blushes, and these did not disappoint. Super pigmented and easy to blend. If you’re interested in purchasing these, it is available here for only $19. That’s a GREAT price for a palette (even if it’s a small palette).

The nice thing about both these brands is that they are cruelty free,and they both use top quality ingredients.  Don’t worry if you ever see “fur” on this page is is definitely faux, I just like really fuzzy things.
