Hi guys! So sorry I’ve been MIA, but it’s been a pretty hellish month and I haven’t had much time to write posts or even really try out new products. I just wanted to come on here and explain my absence.

First of all, my “new” job has been pretty awful. I’m completely swamped with too much work and not enough time.

Second, my best friends family (who is basically my second family) had to put down their family dog, Lucy. I loved that dog so much and it killed me that it was just her time. She was really old and could barely walk anymore. She was starting to fall a lot, she had accidents and was having a hard time keeping her weight on. 😦

Third, we’ve had a lot of friends and family come through this month so most of my free time is spent with them.

Fourth, my grandmother hasn’t been doing well and her health is rapidly declining. My parents and my aunt are considering putting her on hospice, which is an incredibly difficult decision. I’m hoping it hasn’t actually reach that stage yet, but one of my friends who came into town is a RN specializing in Geriatrics, and even she thinks it’s time. 😦

Needless to say, I have a lot on my plate and mind currently, but I still wanted to come on and say hello. I very much still care about my blog, my followers and the blogs I follow. I think I’m just needing a little break from everything for a bit. Hopefully, I’ll be back on soon.
